Frequently asked questions
Nope! I don't have an MBA myself, and plenty of people break into strategy and ops roles without it. In startups, it's often more about whether you can get things done than about having a degree. In big tech, an MBA can be helpful but isn't a strict requirement. It's more about your ability to think, influence, and solve problems, and those aren't things you need a diploma for :)
